Some people call it a "Pipe Dream" some call it a "Wet Dream"...me? I call it "Summer's Naked Rain" My pages of summer were beautiful, filled with yellow sunshine. Filled with red umbrellas in the water. My pages of summer were warm, inviting and filled with change for me, a change to places in my career that were milestones. I was able to get my art in a Gallery...a huge Pipe Dream for me. I embrace change for to some extent i cannot control everything...such is the weather. My hold on summer is becoming slippery and fall is kissing me trying to ease the thoughts of cold rainy winter. This image is all of that, this was a nice warm fall day in September, and i was able to control the rain (thank goodness for a water hose) the umbrella is a preotection against the rainy effects to come of winter and the warm yellow is my eternal hold on summer, her pipe legs...my pipe dream in full control at this point.
